By creating an account or using Trakker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including handlers, administrators, and evaluators.
Trakker is intended for professional use by law enforcement personnel, search and rescue teams, military K9 handlers, and related organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to:
Ravenwire Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice or refund.
Trakker is a product of Ravenwire Technologies, LLC
Certain features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds are issued. Free trial periods, where offered, do not carry any obligation to purchase.
You retain full ownership of all K9 records, training logs, deployment data, and other content you input into Trakker. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You grant Ravenwire Technologies a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.
We provide support on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond to support requests within 2–3 business days via email at support@ravenwiretech.com. We do not guarantee response times, uptime SLAs, or resolution of all reported issues. The Service is provided without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ravenwire Technologies does not warrant that the Service will be free of bugs, secure, or available at any particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravenwire Technologies and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or operational continuity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravenwire Technologies, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
